Sharon Lechter co-authored the best seller Rich Dad Poor Dad along with Robert Kiyosaki. She is a CPA who has made her mark as an entrepreneur, investor, author and speaker.

She was a co-founder of the Rich Dad Company Cashflow Technologies. She has been a board member till she parted ways with Kiyosaki to pursue her own interests.

A series of books were published by Sharon and Robert Kiyosaki following the success of Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Sharon L Lechter was involved in the development and marketing of the Cashflow board games – Cashflow 101 and Cashflow 202.

She sued her former partner Robert Kiyosaki and his wife Kim Kiyosaki, both co-founders of Cashflow Technologies, for damages caused by them.

She had alleged that the Kiyosakis had enriched themselves, diverted assets and wasted money in a business that she claimed to have helped build from scratch. Lechter also had claimed that she "often rewrote large sections" of books she and Robert Kiyosaki co-authored.

Robert Kiyosaki, paid an undisclosed sum to settle a lawsuit with Sharon Lechter. She works in the field of children’s education and financial literacy.

She is married to Michael Lechter. He is an intellectual property lawyer, entrepreneur and investor. They have three children - Phillip, Shelly & Rick
